LEGAL CLERK
We are
aggressively seeking a Legal Clerk who
demonstrates excellent communication,
organization and dependability. Will be
responsible ford document review and
production, legal research, discovery
facilitation and case management. Apply for

REQUIREMENTS:
-
Must be
articulate, polished, and confident, with
strong attention to detail.

Prepares
routine legal documents, e.g. preparing
interrogatories, answers to
interrogatories, requesting and responding
to document requests, and subpoenas,
summons and complaints.
-
Prepare
correspondence.
-
Preparation
of discovery, motions, hearings,
arbitration, settlement conference briefs,
mediation and trial.
-
Organizes and
simplifies information concerning
pertinent issues by preparing summaries,
chronologies, reports, binders or
information, witness files, statistics,
charts, logs, coding forms for the input
of information into databases, graphs and
other formats that clearly detail the
findings.
-
Performs
basic legal research into case law and
statutory law and cite checks that the law
is still valid, or good, and thus
important to a case going to trial in a
library or with LEXIS, WESTLAW or LEGAL
SOLUTIONS.

Acts as
liaison with the client and outside
entities such as courts, expert and other
witnesses, corporations, vendors and other
law firms to gather information or data.

Utilizes,
creates, or establishes procedures to
facilitate the organization, coordination,
and retrieval of all documents including
produced documents, subpoenaed documents,
client documents, and documents obtained
outside the discovery process through
filing systems, databases or other
organizational tools.

Performs
various administrative tasks as required.

Performs
other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-
Position
requires 3-5 years legal experience.
-
Strong
organizational and communication skills
(written and verbal. Proven detailed
knowledge and understanding of complex
issues and procedures is a plus.
-
Knowledge in
Workers Compensation, Probate, Bankruptcy,
Family Law, Insurance and Collection
desirable.
-
High School
diploma or equivalent.
-
paralegal
certificate is desirable.
-
Basic math
and analytical skills.

Job Description
As an Inbound Collector, employees will
be required to work in a full inbound
environment and maintain exemplary
performance. They will be assigned work
from all streams of business in the medical
and retail portfolios. They will be
required to properly work customer accounts
in accordance with the company policy, FDCPA,
HIPPA, and the client’s expectations. They
will be required to maintain a fluid work
queue to be kept up to date on a daily basis
and may on occasion work additional work
queues. There will be weekly dialer
schedules assigned wherein an Inbound
Collector can incorporate additional
workflow into their assigned unit. They
will be required to understand the full
scope of client competitions and ensure PMS
is Tier Best at all times

Collector Dialer I-Las Vegas
Job Description
This position is
responsible for the collection of past due
accounts in a call center environment. Utilizing
an automatic telephone dialing systems to
contact customers, and a computerized system to
track customers. The accounts are collected in
compliance with the provisions of the FDCPA, and
internal performance standards in order to meet
or exceed the monthly goal objectives of a
personal and departmental budget. Candidate
requirements: Minimum of 1-year customer service
experience, preferably in a collection or call
center environment. You must have an excellent
work history with a strong record of job
stability. Strong verbal communication skills
must be demonstrated along a professional
telephone manner. Competence in keyboard entry
at a minimum of 25 wpm and solid personal
computer skills. Knowledge of FDCPA and FCRA and
previous collection experience preferred.
Candidate
Requirements
Stable work history. Six-months collections
experience in a call center environment.
Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively.
Must be highly motivated with the desire to earn
commission based on individual performance.
